Coservices processes personal data only on the customer's documented instructions to provide live AI captions, translation, streaming, recordings and support. The customer remains responsible for its lawful basis, notices and instructions.

Processing may cover voices, account data, captions, translations, transcripts, recordings and technical identifiers for speakers, attendees and users. Coservices applies confidentiality and appropriate safeguards, assists with GDPR obligations as required, notifies without undue delay of relevant breaches, and provides compliance information.

Intended subprocessors: Deepgram, OpenRouter/Google, Cloudflare and Stripe (payments, generally independent controller). International transfers require a valid mechanism. On termination, data is returned/deleted subject to law and backup cycles. The full agreement text is available on request: [email protected].
