Coservices OÜ is controller for account, panel, billing and support data. For event audio, captions, translations and recordings, the customer will normally be controller and Coservices processor; roles must be confirmed per use case.

Data and purposes

We process account, billing, security, support, event-setting and technical data. Audio is processed in real time for selected caption/translation features; recordings and transcripts are processed where enabled. We process data to provide, secure and support the service, meet legal duties and prevent abuse.

Providers and retention

Potential subprocessors include Deepgram, OpenRouter/Google, Cloudflare and Stripe. Transfers outside the EEA require an appropriate legal mechanism. Account and billing data are retained as required; live audio is transient where recording is not enabled; configured event materials follow the agreement and settings.

Rights
